Meridian Therapy

At Medella Wellness Meridian Therapy treatment is given following diagnostic testing on the Acugraph Digital Meridian Imaging System.

Looking at your test results your practitioner will formulate a personal treatment plan to address any imbalances in the body and/or auricular meridians and points. Treatment may include moxIbustion, cupping therapy, acupressure or electro acupuncture using a microcurrent stimulator. Your practitioner may also recommend classical Chinese herbal formulations.

Auricular Therapy

Auriculotherapy is the stimulation of the auricle of the external ear for the diagnosis and treatment of health conditions in other parts of the body. At Medella Wellness this is effected by electrical stimulation or the use of magnets that are left on the ear to maintain the effects of the treatment.

The ear functions as a minute representation of the body in the same way as the foot does in reflexology. The ear is a valuable tool in rebalancing the body and provides an effective and accessible means of treatment at a fundamental level.
